The goal of Ramblin’ Vewe Farm’s Trustees is to make Ramblin’ Vewe Farm self sustaining in perpetuity. To this end we need to raise funds to increase our endowment to a level where the interest and dividends earned from investments make up the operating shortfall. The cost of maintaining Ramblin’ Vewe Farm is currently about $125,000 annually, including wages, maintenance, and reserves for capital equipment replacement. Under current conditions the annual income from the Trust endowment is not sufficient to supplement the income from the farm and we have had to use some of the Trust’s principle to support farming operations.
We need your help to reach our goal, “to protect and preserve Ramblin’ Vewe Farm with its working farm, rural landscape and beautiful woodland trails, so that future generations from Gilford and surrounding communities can enjoy what we have had the privilege of experiencing”. Please consider a donation or sponsorship of a trail or adoption of an acre. You may also want to consider including Ramblin’ Vewe Farm in your estate plans.
